Before providing any services, we'll reach out via email and ask you to complete our pet assessment form.

Once completed we’ll schedule a complimentary (remote) Meet & Greet session to get to know you and your pet better!

During this time, we'll go over the information you provided and answer any additional questions you may have.

In the event of your pet sitter having an emergency, we will call for back up.

If our assistant sitters are not available, you will receive service credit for the duration of the booking.

In the event of an emergency, we have protocols in place to address any situation promptly and effectively.

Once booked, you’ll receive a Service Brochure going over our emergency protocol step by step.
